His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab-Rahaman watched the second leg of the First Qualifying Round Stage of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Asian Cup 2023 between Brunei Darussalam and Mongolia. The match took place last night at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Berakas.
Also present were His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Malik ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah; His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, the President of National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, NFABD as well as His Royal Highness the Crown Prince's son and daughter, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Muntaqim and Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah as well as other members of the Royal family.
In the match, the National team in yellow won 2-1 against Mongolia. Two goals were scored by Muhammad Razimie Ramlli in the 4th and 33rd- minute of the first of the game.
Mongolia scored its single goal through the team captain, Tsedenbal Norjmoo in the 45th-minute through a penalty kick. Although the national team won in the match, they failed to advance to the second round after lost by an aggregate of 2-3 to Mongolia which earlier won in the first match by 2-0.
