10 vehicles involving 25 members of the Tutong District Four Wheel Drive Vehicle Association this morning left for the 'Northern Sarawak 2019" expedition programme. The 7 hundred-kilometre route will begins and ends in Miri, Sarawak.
The flag-off of participants was led by Awang Wardi bin Haji Mohammad Ali, the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The 5-day programme is participated by almost 70 four wheel vehicles involving 220 participants including Sabah and Sarawak. It is organised by the Presiden Oiltown 4x4 Adventure Club together with Miri's Youth and Sports Office. The programme among other things aim to promote Brunei Darussalam in Tourism Affairs and as a working network between the vehicle's clubs and associations in the country and the visited areas.
