The Haj Course which begins simultaneously at all districts today, further enhance understanding of the intending haj pilgrims on haj. The course which is held until 12th of April, organised by the Haj Management Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Haj and Umrah Guidance Division, provides opportunity to the intending haj pilgrims to learn and understand all knowledge related to performing haj perfectly and laws that are practiced in the country. Yesterday morning, RTB crew took a closer look at the course development attended by participants at three districts.


In the Brunei Muara District, the Haj course is held at the Lambak Kanan Religious School, Kampung Lambak Kanan National Housing Scheme, Pengiran Anak Puteri Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam Religious School, Kampung Mulaut, Pengiran Anak Puteri Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah Religious School, Berakas and Sungai Besar Religious School, Kampung Sungai Besar. The course is held every Friday and Sunday for 12 sessions from 8 until 10 in the morning.


In the Tutong District, the course is centred at the Pengiran Anak Puteri Norain Religious School. The organiser hoped the intending haj pilgrims will always attended the course as they will be able to understand the course content aside from making it as their preparation while in the Holy Land.


For participants in the Temburong District, the course is held at the Temburong Arabic School. Eight intending haj pilgrims have been selected to perform for this year's haj. During the course, the intending haj pilgrims were briefed on several important aspects pertaining to religious act that should be highlighted, including mental and physical preparations that can give a positive impact towards the personality and peace of mind of a Muslim.
