There are only three days left before the start of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. The Games, which will take place from the 23rd of July until 8th of August, will be participated by over 11,230 athletes from 206 countries.
Japan's National Stadium is the main venue for the official opening and closing ceremonies of the games, which will feature 339 events from 33 sports, covering 50 categories. Contingents from participating countries have been in Tokyo since last week, including two Brunei Darussalam's athletes. Mohd Noor Firdaus Ar-Rasyid Haji Idris who will participate in the 200 metre event and Muhammad Isa Haji Ahmad who will compete in the 100 metre breaststroke swimming event. Radio Television Brunei through the Aneka Channel will broadcast live all the sporting events, including the official opening ceremony of the Games this Friday.
