Helping Through Supplications Still RequiredHis Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah stresses on the need for the Muslim ummah to look with sympathetic eyes and hearts towards their fellow Muslim brothers, eventhough they are far apart. His Majesty emphasises that if they are unable to help them with material things, then supplications are still required because brotherhood of the same religion is a sacred brotherhood. His Majesty stresses this in the Titah in conjunction with Hari Raya 'Idil Fitri for 1447 Hijrah, 2026 broadcast nationwide. In the titah, His Majesty says the citizens and residents at all levels are excited as they can still celebrate Hari Raya Fitrah in a peaceful and prosperous condition. 'Idil Fitri, His Majesty adds is Allah's reward for His subjects who are loyal and upholds the command to perform the fast.
